TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION POLICY:  Deposits and Payments - A completed application form and a deposit check made out to Barron Adventures must be received in our office to reserve your space. Many trips fill 8-10 months in advance of departure, we suggest reserving space early.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

$750                At time of reservation

$2000              90 days prior to departure

Balance           60 days prior to departure

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Minimum fee........$0

46-90 days prior to departure........25% of land cost

45 days or less........100% of land cost

Fees can be transferred to another trip before deadline dates

TIER PRICING:

Trips are budgeted for a full or nearly full signup to enable us to offer trips at the lowest possible cost. Since numerous fixed costs make it more expnsive to operate a trip with, for example, six members than one with twelve, we have a tier-pricing system to avoid canceling a trip with a low signup. You will be given the choice of cancelling with no penalties if the trip has lower than the listed participant numbers.
